About Me

Strengthening Relationships. Healing Families. Building the Life You Deserve.

My Clients

Relationships are at the heart of everything and when they struggle, every part of life can feel the weight of it. I work with individuals, couples, parents, teens, and families who are ready to break unhealthy patterns, communicate more deeply, and build stronger, more fulfilling connections.

My clients come from all walks of life. Some are couples on the edge of a breaking point, searching for a way back to each other. Some are parents navigating the challenges of raising teenagers in a world that feels increasingly complex. Some are individuals quietly carrying anxiety, depression, or stress that has begun to affect every relationship in their lives. And some are families longing to feel like a team again.

Wherever you are in your journey you belong here.

My Approach

I bring both clinical rigor and genuine warmth to every session. My approach is rooted in Bowen Family Systems Theory, which helps clients understand the emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and multigenerational influences that shape how we show up in our relationships often in ways we don't even realize.

For clients carrying the weight of past trauma, I integrate EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, research-backed treatment that helps the brain process and release traumatic memories that have become stuck, so they no longer drive anxiety, relational conflict, or emotional dysregulation in the present.

Because no two people or families are the same, I draw from a full integrative toolkit:

  • EMDR Therapy — to process and release the grip of trauma, anxiety, and distressing past experiences that are quietly affecting your relationships and your life today
  • Bowen Family Systems Theory — to identify and shift the deep emotional patterns and multigenerational dynamics that drive conflict, distance, and disconnection in relationships
  • Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — to address the thought patterns fueling anxiety, depression, and stress, and replace them with healthier, more adaptive ways of thinking
  • Trauma-Informed Care — to create a safe, supportive space that honors the impact of past experiences on present relationships and behavior

My goal in every session is to meet you where you are not where I think you should be. Together we'll identify what's keeping you stuck and build a clear, personalized path forward.

Areas of Focus

Trauma & PTSD
Unresolved trauma doesn't stay in the past it shows up in relationships, in communication patterns, in the way we respond to stress and conflict. Using EMDR therapy and trauma-informed care, I help clients process painful experiences, reduce distressing symptoms, and move forward with a renewed sense of safety and confidence in themselves and in their relationships.

Relationship Issues & Couples Therapy
Whether you're struggling with communication, trust, intimacy, recurring conflict, or simply feeling like roommates rather than partners, couples therapy can help you rediscover connection and build a relationship that actually works for both of you. I work with couples at every stage, from premarital counseling to long-term partnerships navigating major transitions.

Family Therapy & Family Communication
When communication breaks down in a family, everyone feels it. I work with families to identify unhealthy patterns, improve how they talk to and hear each other, and create a home environment where every member feels valued and understood. Using Bowen Family Systems Theory, I help families understand not just what is happening but why.

Anxiety & Depression
Anxiety and depression don't just affect how you feel they affect how you relate, communicate, and show up in every relationship in your life. I help individuals identify the root causes of their anxiety and depression, develop practical coping strategies, and rebuild a sense of confidence, calm, and connection. For clients whose anxiety or depression is rooted in past trauma, EMDR can be a powerful and transformative part of the healing process.

Parenting Support
Parenting is one of the most rewarding and most challenging roles a person can take on. I work with parents navigating everything from toddler tantrums to teenage rebellion, helping them develop effective communication strategies, set healthy boundaries, and build stronger relationships with their children at every stage of development.

Teen Therapy
Adolescence is one of the most complex and emotionally intense seasons of life. I provide a nonjudgmental, supportive space where teenagers can explore their thoughts and feelings, navigate peer and family relationships, and develop the emotional tools they need to thrive — in school, at home, and beyond.

Stress Management
Chronic stress takes a serious toll on mental health, physical wellbeing, and relationships. I help clients identify their unique stress triggers, develop personalized coping strategies, and create sustainable habits that support long-term resilience and balance.
